   • Hydration is key: Drink plenty of water before your appointment to make the blood draw smoother.
   • Avoid fatty foods or caffeine at least 4 hours before your collection, as they can impact test results.
   • For fasting tests, please follow any fasting instructions provided (typically 8-12 hours before your appointment).

   • If you’re taking medications or have any medical conditions (e.g., allergies, diabetes), please inform us ahead of time.
   • If you're feeling ill or have a fever, we recommend rescheduling your appointment for your safety.
